PRODUCTION TIME

Once we receive payment and you have signed off on your custom engraving the product will take 6-8 week to complete and be prepared for shipping. Please take into account that shipping could take between 1 and 4 weeks depending on where in the world it’s going to and the customs process on both ends.

COLOUR VARIATION

In our production we only use vegetable tanned leather which we spunge dye. Due to this and the nature of leather, unevenness in the color as well as color variations from the displayed images will occur. Should you wish for a specific tone in color please email us with your wishes and we'll give it our best shot.

We guarantee our products for a very long time. But should disaster strike please return your valued article to us and we'll repair it at no additional charge.
